Fenrir is a mighty Norse wolf known for his exceptional power and uncompromising spirit. Inspired by the myth of this wolf who endured tests of strength, our Fenrir is a barrel-strength rye whiskey that pours amber with aromas of vanilla, cherry and oak smoke. Cherry and smoke carry into the flavor, along with a dominant rye spiciness and a dry finish.
Papá León
Handcrafted farm to flask whisky, 47% ABV
Pours amber with a molasses, malted barley, vanilla, and freshly toasted oak nose. It's a medium-full bodied liquor, which is gradually chased off by a tannic dryness. The dominant flavors are a chewy caramel, and coarse, aggressive burnt oak that fades with slight green apple and oak smoke notes on the finish.

Träube was my neighborhood punk rock bar in the village of Sindelfingen, Germany. Housed in a 15th century building near the town square, the proprietor Andy ruled his domain with an iron fist and a heart of gold. In tribute to the free spirits of Träube, we have created our own vintage, a brandy born of local California wine.
Pours a light golden with a nose straight off of the wine press - aromas of caramel, plum, pear and California lilac. The flavor begins with a light caramel and clover honey sweetness, paired with blackberries and pear.

This singular rum is distilled from premium kombucha and aged in recharred American oak sour beer barrels sourced from local breweries. Caramel nose and a funky sweet finish.
