101 Proof Brandy
Träube was my neighborhood punk rock bar in the village of Sindelfingen, Germany. Housed in a 15th century building near the town square, the proprietor Andy ruled his domain with an iron fist and a heart of gold. In tribute to the free spirits of Träube, we have created our own vintage, a brandy born of local California wine.
Pours a light golden with a nose straight off of the wine press - aromas of caramel, plum, pear and California lilac. The flavor begins with a light caramel and clover honey sweetness, paired with blackberries and pear.
