Pours amber with a molasses, malted barley, vanilla, and freshly toasted oak nose. It's a medium-full bodied liquor, which is gradually chased off by a tannic dryness. The dominant flavors are a chewy caramel, and coarse, aggressive burnt oak that fades with slight green apple and oak smoke notes on the finish.
